We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to oversee safety operations for our client in West Chester, OH. Schedule:

Monday – Friday | Day Shift | 40 hrs/week

Project Scope The Safety Manager will oversee safety for an interior demolition and office build-out project covering 400,000 sq. ft. within the P&G facility in West Chester, OH.

Qualifications Candidates must meet the following:

5+ years of construction safety management experience

Current OSHA 30 certification (required)

BCSP certification (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations

Provide safety training as needed

Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety practices

Review and manage safety-related documentation and contractor correspondence

Perform additional EHS-related tasks as required within scope of certifications

Skills & Knowledge Skills:

Strong communication and public speaking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

OSHA outreach training experience (preferred)

Professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive information

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of OSHA and construction regulatory standards

Ability to clearly communicate safety protocols and ensure compliance
