What you can expect from this role
A alternating schedule of Monday - Friday from 0700-1700 or 0800-1800.
Serves diverse populations: pediatric, adult, and senior.
Provides comprehensive front door care including wellness, acute, behavioral health, diagnostics, and pharmacy services.
Emphasizes seamless care delivery through optimized workflows and cross-training.
Utilizes consumer insights to inform and enhance practices, recommending explorative studies and new standards.
Collaborates on developing, refining, and enhancing clinical programs, processes, and policies with care team.
Conducts post-discharge outreach to reduce readmission risks.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
2 years' experience
Certifications
Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA
