General Function
Assists with coordination of laboratory activities to support instructional programs. Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assists with simulation-based laboratory/skills activities and scenarios. 2. Assists and leads course set-up and breakdown of supplies, manikins, task trainers, and environment. 3. Ensures that the simulation center rooms are neat, clean, and organized. 4. Monitors and coaches students in a lab and scenario setting and ensures safety. 5. Assists in maintaining simulation equipment by assisting with simple maintenance. 6. Cleans and stores equipment when not in use and notifies supervisor of any needed repairs. 7. Assists with inventory management of equipment and consumables. 8. Assists with recording of simulation events and record keeping of learners. 9. Speaks and participates in scenarios as a standardized participant when needed. Assists with moulage requirements for scenarios and events. 10. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
Requires basic computer literacy (when appropriate) High School Diploma or GED Healthcare work experience or educational course work on transcript Additional Information
Working Day: Monday - Friday
