Job Summary
T he Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides high-level administrative and recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition team, facilitating a smooth and efficient candidate experience from interview scheduling to onboarding. This role serves as a critical point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and internal teams, ensuring all pre-boarding and onboarding activities are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Job Description
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, including travel arrangements and expense reimbursements. Assist candidates with travel logistics, process credit card authorization forms, and submit reimbursement documentation. Collaborate with interview teams to manage scheduling conflicts and ensure a seamless interview experience. Prepare interview materials such as packets and debrief forms. Greet and host candidates onsite, providing hospitality and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Manage offer documentation and onboarding paperwork, working directly with candidates to ensure all documents are completed and submitted. Troubleshoot issues related to DocuSign or other onboarding platforms. Monitor and track onboarding tasks and compliance requirements in the HR system. Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams on all pre-hire activities. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion and filing of required documentation. Support additional recruitment or HR administrative tasks as needed. Skills Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources-related roles. Strong attention to detail with a background in compliance-driven environments. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is strongly preferred. Proven experience managing the candidate journey from offer acceptance through onboarding. Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Demonstrated high level of integrity, personal accountability, and strong work ethic. Education
High School Diploma or GED (Required) Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (Preferred) OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
