NEONATAL ICU NURSE CLINICIAN
(NYSNA) 7PM - 5:30AM / 10-HOUR NIGHTS / ALTERNATE WEEKENDS / FULL TIME
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Supervisor, coordinates research programs for the department, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation; coordinates in-service education and orientation for department members and nursing staff caring for participants in research projects; acts as patient educator and advocate.
Qualifications
5+ years NICU RN experience required. NRP certification required. Excellent clinical, communication and interpersonal skills required Able to organize daily unit actives required. Strong understanding of patient care unit operations required. Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary patient care team required.
Pay Range
