Service Sales Executive
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Sales Executive to drive sales growth in the Tampa market. This high-level sales role focuses on targeting the owner-direct market, selling roofing services and preventative maintenance with a primary emphasis on commercial roofing applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, relationship building, and technical sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with high-level decision-makers and property owners.
• Evaluate existing roofing systems and identify effective solutions for commercial clients.
• Drive new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
• Strategically grow sales within the Tampa market by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, restoration or MEP service and maintenance sales.
• Strong background in consultative sales and business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Compensation:
Salary is based on experience level and includes a competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.
