Our client, a Global Law Firm, seeking a Conflicts and New Business Analyst to join our Risk & Compliance team. Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance (US), this role plays a key part in managing business intake risk, conducting conflict checks, and supporting AML and reputational risk reviews.

Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze conflict checks and new client intake forms Identify and escalate conflicts, AML, and reputational risks Conduct due diligence for new matters, hires, and third parties Collaborate with global teams to ensure compliance with internal policies Maintain ethical walls and documentation for client/matter onboarding Support continuous improvement of conflict and risk processes What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree required 3-5+ years' experience in conflicts, compliance, or legal risk (law firm or similar) Strong analytical skills, judgment, and attention to detail Familiarity with conflicts rules under the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct Experience with legal tech platforms (e.g., Intapp, iManage, or similar) required Proficiency with Thomson Reuters 3E Financial Management, Intapp Open, and Wallbuilder preferred
