As a Lead Facilities Coordinator, you’ll guide and develop a team of Coordinators while ensuring work orders and processes are executed efficiently across the organization. You’ll serve as the go-to liaison between upper management, technicians, vendors, and store leaders, keeping projects on track and aligned with business priorities. In this role, you’ll also drive continuous improvement, evaluate vendor contracts, and step in as a hands-on backup when needed. It’s the perfect opportunity for a strong leader with facilities, vendor management, or retail operations background who is passionate about coaching people, improving processes, and influencing cross-functional outcomes.

This role is based at our Salt Lake City, UT headquarters and requires an on-site presence at least 4 days per week, Monday through Friday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides leadership to direct reports, including but not limited to, hiring, training and development. Serve as the primary point of escalation for facility ticket-related issues, working to resolve challenges efficiently and effectively. Develop, implement, and maintain standardized training materials and processes for the Facilities Coordinator team. Lead bi-weekly team meetings to review key updates, discuss challenges, and promote collaboration. Act as the primary liaison between the Facilities team and the Help Desk, ensuring seamless interaction and issue resolution within the ServiceNow system. Oversee the implementation and management of contracts into contract software, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain and manage work order tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring they are addressed in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with Regional Facilities Managers and other stakeholders to support departmental goals and initiatives. Identify process improvement opportunities and develop strategies to enhance efficiency within the Facilities department. Role Requirements:

This role is cell phone stipend eligible and supports an 24/7 operation. Occasional after-hours, weekend, or holiday work may be required to respond to urgent issues or service calls. Qualifications: Education

Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration, preferred. Qualifications: Experience

5+ years of experience in facility coordination, maintenance support, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in a leadership or mentoring role. Experience working with ServiceNow preferred. Qualifications: Manager Leadership Skills

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:

$65,000-$75,000/year + Bonus Opportunities The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
