R&R Rubber Molding, Inc. is an AS9100D certified manufacturer specializing in precision molded rubber components for the aerospace and defense industries. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team and support our operations.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming shipments, verify packing slips, and inspect materials for accuracy and quality.
Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and completing all necessary shipping documentation (domestic and international).
Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight forwarders, etc.) for pick-ups and deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of inventory movement in the system.
Ensure over-run is stored, handled, and identified properly per company and aerospace quality requirements.
Assist inventory audits, and stockroom organization.
Follow all company procedures, safety protocols, and AS9100/ISO quality requirements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations (aerospace/defense industry experience a plus).
Familiarity with shipping software, QMS systems, and standard freight practices.
Ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders, and quality documentation.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Forklift certification preferred (or willing to train).
