HR MANAGER - Human Resources Manager

Seeking a Human Resources Manager that will be responsible for managing various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy enforcement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new employees. Collaborate with departmental managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring. Serve as a trusted resource for employees and management on HR-related matters. Address employee concerns, conduct performance evaluations, and manage disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies. Partner with leadership to develop and execute talent strategies that support organizational goals. Implement initiatives for employee development, succession planning, and retention. Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Review and update HR policies and practices as needed to maintain legal and ethical standards. Design and implement learning programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and record-keeping. Utilize HRIS and other tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems. Education and Experience:
5 + Years of human resource management experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Bilingual in English & Spanish SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 Per Year
