Branch Manager - Specialty Building Materials Distribution
We are a leading regional distributor of specialty building materials, known for delivering exceptional quality and service to our growing customer base. We are seeking a results-oriented
Branch Manager
to elevate our local operations to new heights.
About the Role:
The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch performance, including profit and loss (P&L) management, daily operations, team development, budgeting, sales, and inventory management. This role is key to maintaining our high standards and ensuring operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily branch operations to maintain efficiency and service standards.
Manage and develop both inside and outside sales teams.
Oversee P&L, budgeting, and financial performance.
Prioritize the safety and well-being of all staff.
Ensure timely, accurate deliveries to customers.
Maintain effective warehouse and inventory management.
Drive branch growth and profitability through strategic management and market expansion efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in management and sales within the building products industry (including lumber, roofing, siding, windows, doors, drywall, and other full-line building materials).
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to secure new business while strengthening existing customer relationships.
Direct experience in location management within building supply or similar industry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail.
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills for customer and employee situations.
Bachelor's degree .
