Job Title: Phlebotomist
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated phlebotomists to join our team in a doctor's office setting, where you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients and performing specimen processing.
Responsibilities
Collect and receive biological specimens into the department.
Ensure proper entry of specimens into the computer system.
Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute them to the appropriate analytical area.
Perform specified analytical testing as assigned.
Adhere to the guidelines of the Code of Conduct.
Essential Skills
Blood draw expertise.
Experience in specimen collection and processing.
Proficiency in phlebotomy and laboratory tasks.
Bilingual in English and Navajo.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma (HSD) or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required.
Experience in patient care.
Work Environment
This position is located in Scottsdale, AZ, with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday between 6 AM and 7 PM. The role involves working inside a doctor's office, collaborating closely with medical assistants. The organization values promoting from within for leadership roles.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
