Job Title: Phlebotomist – Patient Service Center (Scottsdale, AZ)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: 10901 E McDowell Rd, Scottsdale, AZ
Rotating shifts between 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM may be required
Overview:
We are seeking experienced and reliable phlebotomists to join our team in a Patient Service Center (PSC) environment in Scottsdale. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about patient care, skilled in specimen collection and processing, and comfortable working in a collaborative setting. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Navajo are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform blood draws and collect biological specimens from patients.
Accurately enter specimen information into the company’s computer system.
Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute them to the appropriate departments.
Conduct specified analytical testing as assigned.
Follow all company policies and the Code of Conduct in daily operations.
Top Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
Proficiency in specimen collection and processing.
GED or High School Diploma.
Bilingual in English and Navajo.
Experience working in a PSC or similar clinical setting.
Preferred:
Experience in patient care.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
Work Environment:
This role is based inside a PSC, where you’ll work closely with other healthcare professionals in a supportive and team-oriented environment. The position may involve rotating shifts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM, so flexibility is important.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
