Job Title: Phlebotomist – Scottsdale, AZ

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform blood draws and collect biological specimens from patients in a physician’s office setting.

Process specimens accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper entry into the company’s computer system.

Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute them to the appropriate departments.

Conduct specified analytical testing as assigned.

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics, following the company’s Code of Conduct.

Top Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

1–2 years of phlebotomy experience.

Strong proficiency in specimen collection and processing.

Exceptional skill in handling difficult draws, particularly with cancer patients.

GED or High School Diploma.

Must live within 15–16 miles of the Scottsdale location.

Team-oriented mindset—this is a close-knit, three-person site.

Preferred:

Experience working in a medical office setting.

Experience in patient care and working with oncology patients.

Work Environment:

You’ll be working inside a physician’s office alongside medical assistants and physicians. The team is small but highly collaborative, offering a supportive environment where your contributions are valued. This role provides direct patient interaction and the opportunity to build strong relationships with both staff and patients.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
