Are you an organized, people-oriented professional with a passion for community impact? A New Leaf is looking for a Philanthropy Coordinator to support our mission by managing donor engagement, organizing in-kind donations, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Philanthropy office.
In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our department, ensuring donors and volunteers feel valued while coordinating donation intake, maintaining records, and managing outreach efforts. You'll also play a key role in supporting fundraising events, donation drives, and community engagement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School or GED required. Experience:
Demonstrate effective communication skills verbally and in writing Demonstrate interpersonal skills necessary to engage and work with diverse ethnic and cultural groups. Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask. Proficient in PC operations and Office software suite (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, etc.) RESPONSIBLITIES:
Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Manage front desk of Philanthropy office, including answering and directing phone calls and greeting visitors. Warmly welcome supporters and communicate the important value for their contributions to A New Leaf. Manage intake and organization of donations and safety and cleanliness of donation center. Manage data entry for in-kind donations in donor database to generate accurate donation acknowledgment/thank you letters and maintain donation records. Manage program/staff requests for supplies from donation center and maintain records of distributions. Actively monitor essential items inventory in donation center and proactively initiate requests to maintain stock including updating lists on website, creating content for social media posts, emails, and newsletters, direct outreach/communication with donors, or other effective measures as appropriate. Oversee and organize donation center volunteers. Complete applications for in-kind donations from corporations and community groups, follow procedures for recoding submissions, and complete stewardship activities for thanking donors and completing reports as appropriate. Cultivate new relationships and steward existing relationships with individuals, corporations, and community groups for in-kind donations. Assist with the coordination of in-kind donation drives and events conducted by corporations and community groups. Compliance/Requirements:
Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation Current Auto Liability Insurance 39 Month Motor Vehicle Record Must Be At Least 18 Years of Age
