About the Role
As an HRBP, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and a champion for employees, helping align HR strategies with business goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex people challenges, and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
Partner with regional and functional leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives. Lead initiatives across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, compensation, promotions, and offboarding. Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and internal policies. Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and track progress on key initiatives. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to support recruitment, retention, and career growth. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts and employee engagement programs. Support organizational design and change management projects. Qualifications Bilingual Spanish/English is required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred). 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a business partner or generalist capacity. Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Pay Details:
$55.00 to $60.00 per hour
