Senior Network Engineer Advanced Technical Assistance Center (ATAC)
Knowledge and experience supporting Nokia Core products (NDS, UDM, HSS, HLR, PCF).
Knowledge and experience with Subscriber Provisioning flows.
Experience with TMO implemented systems preferred: ServiceNow, OneConsole, OneData, CyberArk, NetScout, etc.
Knowledge and experience working with a Cloud Native computing environment.
Knowledge and experience supporting Dell Hardware/IDRAC.
Knowledge and experience of the telecom Cyber-Security space: recognizing bad practice and addressing vulnerabilities through configuration and software changes.
What does a typical day look like?
Reviewing CMDB, updating data, reviewing issues/tickets/emails, updating systems as needed. Attend meetings with vendor and design counterparts.
Preferred Background/Prior work experience
3+ years operational support in technical environment. Priority soft skills: Written and spoken communication, self-starter/initiative, and ability to work with others.
