Assistant Principal of Campus Administration is a forward-thinking educational leader responsible for driving the continuous improvement of instructional practices, fostering a culture of innovation, and leading systemic change across the campus. This role requires a strong emphasis on strategic thinking, system-wide collaboration, and the integration of emerging trends in education. The Assistant Principal will work closely with senior leadership and staff to develop and implement initiatives that enhance student learning, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the effective use of technology and other resources. This leader will also act as a key partner in driving the school's vision and mission, promoting a dynamic and future-focused learning environment.
Qualifications: Education/Certification:
Master's degree in Education Administration Texas assistant principal or other appropriate Texas certificate T- TESS Certified Appraiser Experience:
Preferred experience in instructional leadership roles with a track record of driving instructional innovation Key Responsibilities • Lead Innovation Initiatives: Drive the integration of innovative practices into all aspects of teaching, learning, and campus operations. • Implement Systemic Change: Develop and execute strategic plans that enhance instructional quality and student outcomes. • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize analytics to improve academic performance, school culture, and operational efficiency. • Curriculum Development: Oversee curriculum implementation, ensuring alignment with best practices and future-focused educational trends. • Foster Collaboration: Encourage staff to experiment with and adopt innovative teaching methodologies and technologies. • Teacher Leadership & Mentorship: Develop and support teacher leaders, strengthening instructional expertise and leadership capacity. • Strategic Planning: Anticipate challenges and opportunities in education, shaping responsive and forward-thinking strategies.

Salary: $74,000 - $89,693 • Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience • Salary will be adjusted to the start date
Program Stipend: • Stipends include additional days during the program academic year as outlined in the stipend agreemet • ***STIPENDS ARE GRANT FUNDED*** • FUTURE FUNDING IS BASED UPON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE GRANT
