16 Weeks / Full Time About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Change Management Consultant to support enterprise-level Digital Asset Management (DAM) transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of change strategies that foster user adoption, enablement, and cross-functional alignment-particularly within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or life sciences. This role will bridge the gap between technology deployment and business readiness, ensuring a smooth transition for users across various teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement end-to-end Change Management and Communication strategies aligned with DAM transformation goals. Conduct stakeholder mapping and change impact assessments across functions and regions. Partner with product managers, IT leads, and technical teams to align change strategies with respect to system design, configurations, and rollout timelines. Collaborate with business leaders to define and articulate the vision, value proposition, and benefits of the DAM initiative. Build and manage a network of Change Champions to drive local engagement and adoption. Develop and deliver tailored, role-based training for user personas (e.g., Marketers, Librarians, Agencies, MLR Reviewers). Create user enablement assets such as playbooks, quick reference guides, FAQs, and video tutorials. Translate technical system features into user-friendly communications and training assets for non-technical audiences. Lead post-launch adoption efforts, including live support, feedback collection, and success metrics tracking. Identify resistance risks and apply mitigation strategies to encourage behavioural change and sustained adoption. Contribute to UAT planning, feedback loops, and iterative change response in Agile environments. Monitor key KPIs related to change progress, adoption rates, and user experience. Required Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in change management, preferably in digital transformation or SaaS-based platform rollouts. Exposure to Digital Asset Management systems (e.g., Veeva Vault PromoMats, Aprimo, Adobe AEM) is a plus. Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and lead change in a matrixed or global environment. Comfortable navigating
technical environments , interpreting system design, and collaborating with developers and system integrators. Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts. Experience designing training and enablement content using modern formats and tools. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or Technology. Certification in Change Management or equivalent methodologies is a plus. Experience in pharmaceutical & life sciences industries or content transformation initiatives. Familiarity with modular content workflows/ content lifecycle of a brand and content governance frameworks. Working knowledge of Agile project environments and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
