We're seeking innovative thinkers who can help us build the future of online marketplaces. Responsibilities

Develop and sustain a pipeline of elite Product Management talent by proactively engaging and sourcing candidates. Explore new and diverse sources for talent beyond traditional platforms. Screen applicants to ensure hiring managers can focus on interviewing the best candidates. Manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently, often juggling 5-10 or more roles. Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers by offering market insights and talent recommendations. Continuously enhance the recruitment process by acting on candidate feedback. Foster relationships within the community by facilitating introductions and references. Champion diversity in hiring by utilizing a variety of approaches to enrich team perspectives. Team members in this role should be within commuting distance of our hubs in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, or Seattle. What makes a successful team member at Whatnot? To qualify for the Senior Product Recruiter position, you should possess: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in product recruiting within high-growth startup environments. Experience evaluating candidates across various levels of Product Management, including leadership roles. A strong network of product professionals to facilitate effortless recruiting. A passion for sourcing talent and building relationships with passive candidates. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities. A commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Strong organizational skills to balance competing priorities effectively. A data-driven mindset to measure pipeline health and set clear expectations with hiring managers. A commitment to diversity hiring and inclusive interview practices. Benefits
