Position Summary
Under the general direction of the Program Director and the Graduate Medical Education Office, the incumbent will support the residency program and residents on all GME. This involves managing and overseeing the training program in compliance with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accreditation standards, LSUHSC-NO policies and procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
The incumbent should possess excellent organizational and planning skills, as well as the ability to work harmoniously with others to achieve positive results. Additionally, the incumbent will be required to maintain both academic and personnel records on residents within the program; therefore, the ability to maintain confidential information is also required.
