The team is mission-driven, collaborative, and passionate about building scalable solutions that enable companies to focus on growth while staying secure.
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic environment where every engineer has meaningful ownership and direct impact on critical product initiatives. What You Will Do Design, develop, and deliver fullstack product features, working across frontend and backend systems. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders to build reliable, high-quality software. Participate in all phases of development - from planning, implementation, testing, to deployment. Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and system architecture decisions. Provide mentorship and guidance to less-experienced engineers. Ideal Candidate Background 5+ years of professional software development experience. Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and software engineering principles. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and at least one modern backend language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Java). Experience building and shipping fullstack features in a fast-paced, product-focused environment. Adaptability and comfort operating in dynamic startup conditions. Preferred Experience with Rails, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch. Prior work in startup or early-stage environments, ideally as an early employee or founder. Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mindset. Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $180K - $210K. Competitive equity package. Fully remote work flexibility across North America.
