Seasonal Ambassador Hours:
0-39 hours/week Contract:
Contract Role Seasonal Ambassadors at Lush are experts in product and brand knowledge, as well as providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. Seasonal Ambassadors cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to overall shop excellence in both sales and operations. On the shop floor, they consistently surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment that keeps customers coming back for more. Whether its providing personalized product recommendations or sharing your knowledge and expertise, you have the power to create a unique and memorable experience for every shopper. Sales and Customer Experience:
Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed goals. Take ownership of results and actively grow the stores overall sales. Customer Experience:
Deliver a world-class experience to every customer. Listen, ask open-ended questions, demonstrate product benefits and features, and seek opportunities to brighten customers day. Building the Brand:
Educate customers on brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to attract traffic and inspire others to join in making a positive impact. Product Passion:
Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on ingredients and benefits to confidently make informed recommendations. Team Involvement
Development:
Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and increase sales. Seek feedback and opportunities to improve skills and performance. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging:
Encourage open communication, listen to team members perspectives on DEIB, foster belonging, promote teamwork, and recognize each employees contributions. Operational Excellence
Time and Attendance:
Be punctual and reliable; participate in teamwork; take breaks as needed; stay current with company updates. Visuals and Merchandising:
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Stock and Inventory:
Apply Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust product displays based on sales. Policies and Procedures:
Follow opening/closing routines, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards. Qualifications
Required: Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations Experience working in a team environment Experience in skincare or cosmetics Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages Pay: $14.50 USD Best of luck on your job search, and dont forget to follow us to learn more!
