Contract Role Seasonal Ambassadors at Lush are experts in product and brand knowledge, as well as providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. Seasonal Ambassadors cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to overall shop excellence in both sales and operations. On the shop floor, they consistently surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment that keeps customers coming back for more. Whether its providing personalized product recommendations or sharing your knowledge and expertise, you have the power to create a unique and memorable experience for every shopper. For our Seasonal Ambassadors, its not just about selling soap its about making a positive impact on the world, one bar at a time! Responsibilities Sales and Customer Experience:

Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed goals. Take ownership of your results and contribute to the stores overall sales. Customer Experience:

Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience. Connect with customers, identify needs by listening and asking open-ended questions, demonstrate product benefits, and strive to leave customers happier than when they arrived. Building the Brand:

Educate customers on brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to increase traffic. Product Passion:

Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on ingredients and benefits to confidently make informed recommendations.

Team Involvement

Development:

Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance, support team growth, and increase sales. Seek feedback and opportunities to improve. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB):

Encourage open communication, listen to colleagues, foster belonging, promote teamwork, and recognize each persons contributions.

Operational Excellence

Time and Attendance:

Be punctual, reliable, and present. Participate in teamwork, take necessary breaks, and stay informed on company updates. Visuals and Merchandising:

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience. Stock and Inventory:

Follow Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust displays based on sales. Policies and Procedures:

Follow opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Required: Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service models Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations Experience working in a team environment Experience in skincare or cosmetics Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages

Location and Compensation:
