MSP Field Engineer/ remote but local travel to Philly area

A leading Managed Services Provider based in the Philadelphia area is looking for a skilled MSP Field Engineer to join their growing team. This role is offering the flexibility of remote work while supporting local clients with occasional on-site visits. You'll be working in a environment supporting diverse infrastructure stacks, including Windows Server environments, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms like Microsoft 365 and Azure. Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of experience in an MSP or IT services environment • Strong experience with

Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)

and

Active Directory • Solid knowledge of

networking fundamentals

(DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, firewalls) • Proficiency with

Office 365

and

Azure AD • Experience with remote monitoring & management (RMM) tools • Reliable transportation for local client visits Desired Skills & Experience • Certifications:

CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, MCSA, or Azure Fundamentals • Exposure to

Linux-based systems (Red Hat/CentOS) • Experience with backup solutions like
