ConnectWise ,

Windows-based environments , and core

networking infrastructure , alongside excellent client relationship management skills. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years working in or with an MSP or IT services provider Strong experience with

ConnectWise (Manage, Automate, Control) Proficient in

Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration Hands-on experience with

networking (firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs) Solid understanding of

infrastructure monitoring and ticketing systems Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with server migrations or network redesign projects Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments Exposure to ITIL processes or certifications Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks or compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.) Previous experience with project coordination or account management What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown • 40% Windows Server & Infrastructure Support • 30% Networking (Firewalls, VPNs, Routers/Switches) • 30% ConnectWise Administration & Workflow Optimization
