LHH is seeking a Conference & Meeting Logistics Coordinator to help organize and deliver outstanding meetings and conferences for our client.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate all behind-the-scenes logistics for meetings and conferences, including preparing attendee lists, assembling event materials, and creating travel schedules and reports.
Draft and send confirmation emails and letters to participants.
Research, evaluate, and liaise with outside vendors-presenting options and managing event details.
Serve as the go-to contact for members and staff, sharing timely updates and event information.
Gather, produce, and distribute all event materials, working with various departments to ensure nothing is missed.
Process payments for event-related invoices and manage expenses using Concur.
Juggle multiple priorities, adapt to last-minute changes, and keep everything on track under tight deadlines.

Superb organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong customer service focus. A sharp eye for detail and a knack for solving problems. Ability to stay calm and flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Benefits/Pay:
