Senior Facilities Business Relationship Manager

(BRM) to join our BRM Everett team. This Level M Manager position will serve as the primary business representative for all facets of our Enterprise Services, engaging with various business organizations at the Boeing Everett Site in

Everett, WA .

In this role, you will need a comprehensive understanding of the business partners' strategies, including production targets, new business acquisition, and financial goals, and how these elements influence the facilities organization. Although this position may have few or no direct reports, the ability to lead through influence is essential. The GREF organization plays a vital role in supporting Boeing's extensive domestic and international operations as part of the Enterprise Services function, which includes Indirect Supply Chain, Executive Flight Operations, and Executive Protection. This position will involve collaboration with various Centers of Expertise (COEs), including Engineering & Technology, Facilities Management, Global Real Estate, Planning & Asset Management, and Project & Construction Management. Success in this highly collaborative role within a matrixed organization requires exceptional teamwork, strong verbal and written communication skills, a commitment to a service-oriented culture, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Position Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner to business leadership teams, embodying a culture of quality, safety, and service excellence Serve as the liaison between the Enterprise Services organization and our business partners, effectively communicating to support facilities activities and our overarching facilities strategy Gather requirements from the business and collaborate with various COEs to identify optimal solutions, ensuring that business requirements are met Identify business requirements and priorities, providing this information to our GREF organization Collect strategic insights and work collaboratively with Enterprise Services leadership to enhance our service organization and business capability Collaborate in strategic and operational planning with the executive team, COE partners, and operational leadership to ensure alignment on the right services and priorities Represent Enterprise Services on Business/Division Leadership teams and forge relationships with business leaders for best value solutions Participate on business capture teams to identify real property requirements and help identify solutions Collaborate with other Business Relationship Managers to identify synergies across the Enterprise for added value Identify, develop, and implement Lean strategies to simplify service delivery and enhance the service experience for business partners Drive and influence change, demonstrating leadership through influence and engaging in candid conversations Lead, motivate, consult, and support teams and managers in conflict management, collaboration, and talent development Manage the related facilities budgets at all regional locations Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher 5+ years of experience as a customer facing focal or strategic business partner/leader 5+ years of experience in teaching, coaching and developing others 3+ years of leadership experience within a highly matrixed organization leading through influence 3+ years of experience developing and managing budgets Experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of project management experience 5+ years of experience developing and presenting recommendations to executive leadership Experience managing metrics to drive data solutions/decisions Experience in systems thinking and value stream management Drug Free Workplace:

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $171,700 - $232,300
