to join their dynamic team. This role is on a consulting to hire basis, and offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate. As the Controller, you will oversee a team of 3 and ensure the seamless financial operations of our client's organization.

Temp to hire Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of 3 (Sr. Acct, Staff Acct, and Accounts Payable Clerk). Oversee full-cycle accounting and ensure compliance with internal controls. Heavy inventory focus and percentage of completion for revenue recognition and cost accounting. Financial reporting and analysis Cash flow management and forecasting Manage procurement and relationships with vendors Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Controller role. Solid accounting expertise and able to handle day to day accounting functions Strong systems proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems. Strong Excel expertise is required. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills including strategic consideration and thinking about the future. Ability to work onsite 3-4 days a week in North Miami, FL. Demonstrated success in managing and developing finance teams. Strong communication skills, capable of working with a team-minded approach and with senior leadership.
