through comprehensive human-assisted support for employee inquiries and guidance in critical situations, such as employee loss and natural disasters. Our goal is to enhance performance management, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to elevate products, experiences, and launch innovative programs. As a Lead HR Experience Advisor, you will be an invaluable expert in employee support, collaborating closely with complex COEs to develop forward-thinking programs and processes that deliver outstanding experiences for employees. You will act as the primary source for expert guidance, offering both personalized and self-service support, while striving to improve team performance through strategic onboarding and training initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Partner with high-volume COEs and key stakeholders to introduce innovative employee experiences across People & Places initiatives, engaging managers and HRC Specialists for comprehensive support. Utilize data analysis to uncover opportunities that enhance employee experiences, driving the creation and implementation of impactful new programs in partnership with stakeholders. Develop clear and effective communications, including FAQs and protocols, to support new initiatives. Deliver exceptional guidance and support to both employees and managers, showcasing expertise that extends beyond standard support channels. Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor, leveraging your subject matter expertise to bolster team performance and enhance overall operations. Mentor HRC Specialists, actively engage in recruitment, and oversee onboarding processes. Design and refine HR Connect processes for critical scenarios, including natural disasters and employee loss. Build robust relationships and become a reliable advisor for customers and partners alike. Lead or actively contribute to significant team initiatives and projects that align with People & Places priorities. Support complex projects with uncertain outcomes, ensuring they meet organizational objectives. Consistently uphold all company policies and standards. Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong emphasis on pay-for-performance. The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area, California: $122,500 - $165,500 Southern California: $107,500 - $145,500 This position is eligible for bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits according to company plans. 7+ years in HR generalist or relevant roles. Education:
