As a Lead Employee Experience Partner, you will bring your expertise in employee support to work closely with our most complex COEs, innovating and launching progressive programs and processes that deliver outstanding employee experiences. You will also provide expert guidance to both employees and HR team members while driving performance through mentoring and training, all while championing key team initiatives and priorities.
Responsibilities
Work hand-in-hand with complex, high-volume COEs and key partners to create and implement innovative employee experiences across programs. Analyze data to identify opportunities for enhancing employee experiences and collaborate with stakeholders to promote meaningful change. Contribute significantly to the creation of engaging communications, FAQs, and protocols. Provide exceptional guidance and support to both employees and managers, demonstrating expertise that elevates our service capabilities. Serve as a trusted source of knowledge, utilizing deep subject matter expertise to enhance team performance. Mentor and empower HR Connect Specialists, actively participating in recruitment and onboarding processes. Design and maintain essential processes for critical situations such as natural disasters and employee hardships. Build trust and become the go-to advisor for employees and partners alike. Lead or assist in impactful team initiatives and projects with clear objectives. Contribute to complex team initiatives and address priorities where outcomes may have uncertainties. Consistently adhere to organizational policies and standards in all situations. We offer a competitive compensation package with performance-based rewards. The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California: $122,500 - $165,500 Southern California: $107,500 - $145,500. This role will also be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Key Competencies

7+ years of HR generalist or relevant experience. BA or equivalent work experience.
