Engage with Multidisciplinary Groups: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, SLPs, doctors, and nursing staff to guarantee a holistic approach to patient recovery. Empower Patients and their Families: Share your knowledge with patients and caregivers, ensuring they understand therapy techniques that bolster progress outside the clinic. Track Progress Diligently: Keep meticulous records of clinical progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on the right track. Requirements for the Role
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. Continued learning or additional certifications are welcomed and encouraged. Certifications Needed
Active
Occupational Therapist (OTR)
license. NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory. Essential Skills
