Core Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of L&D nurses, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff satisfaction Oversee daily unit operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management Drive quality improvements and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction metrics Develop and implement evidence-based practices and protocols Manage departmental budget and resource allocation Foster collaborative relationships with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Required Qualifications:

Current RN license in good standing Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Minimum 1 year of recent leadership experience in Labor and Delivery (within the past year) Strong clinical knowledge of maternal-fetal medicine and obstetrics Excellence in team leadership and staff development Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Professional certifications (RNC-OB, C-EFM) 3+ years of L&D clinical experience Management experience in a high-volume birthing center Why Join Us:
