The Director, IT Security and Infrastructure Operations is responsible for leading the development and implementation of our IT infrastructure, business applications, data management, and information security strategies. This role is essential in supporting our organization's ongoing growth and operational efficiency. The Director will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure, business applications, data operations, and information security, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our IT systems, business applications, and data assets. A key responsibility of this role is to maintain and enhance the cybersecurity posture of the organization, safeguarding against potential threats and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
You will focus on:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the strategic vision for IT infrastructure, business applications, data operations, and information security aligned with division and organizational goals. Lead the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the design, deployment, security, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud services. Ensure the security, high availability, scalability, and performance of IT systems. Data Operations:
Manage data operations as it pertains to security, availability, administration, backup and recovery, and data governance. Implement best practices for data management and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Cybersecurity:
Ensure IT infrastructure, business applications, data operations, and information security comply with security policies and industry regulations. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security protocols to protect against data breaches and cyber threats, as well as take part in and provide support for both internal and external security audits. IT Business Applications:
Oversee the IT Business Applications team and functions, including automating business processes, enhancing data management, and supporting decision-making through the development and availability of tools and services that meet business requirements. Implement best practices for managing and optimizing business operations. Budget and Resource Management:
Develop and manage the IT budget for infrastructure, business applications, data operations, and information security. Optimize resource allocation and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions. Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology upgrades. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT strategies with overall business objectives. The Skills, Experience & Education You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and data operations, with at least 6 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects and data operations. Experience with budgeting and financial management for IT projects. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP).
Base Salary
$185,400 - $222,480/yr

Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
