Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Pursue new business through lead-generation activities Quickly respond to customers' inquiries Provide reliable customer service Qualifications

Over 1 year of buyers agent or real estate experience preferred Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Valid U.S. drivers license with the ability to travel by car Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelors degree preferred Has exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication abilities Can rapidly adapt to real estate CRM and marketing/lead technologies Aptitude to learn and work with a team Must possess (or be working towards) a real estate license (assistance will be provided) Compensation
