Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
As an Assembler, you will play a vital role in creating quality products by following detailed instructions and utilizing hand and power tools. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
Responsibilities
Assemble components and attachments as per instructions.
Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
Inspect parts visually before assembly.
Set up and prepare jobs for assembly.
Check part availability on the computer and obtain parts from inventory.
Use assembly tooling such as presses, drill machines, and testing fixtures.
Assemble sub-assemblies and finished goods.
Apply Loctite, grease, epoxy, and other substances as specified.
Assemble products according to special handling instructions.
Clean and prepare product surfaces for labeling using acetone.
Apply proper labeling to products.
Maintain and clean the work area, removing trash and cleaning surfaces.
Rework failed products as necessary.
Essential Skills
Experience with hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with mechanical assembly and production.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
