Overview
Program Coordinator- Bilingual (Spanish) Are you a bilingual administrative professional with a passion for family services and community outreach? System One has partnered with a Tulsa company that is in need of a Community Engagement & Program Support Coordinator to help drive recruitment efforts and support parent-led council activities for a mission-driven organization focused on early childhood education. This role blends event planning, administrative coordination, and relationship-buildingand offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families across Tulsa. Responsibilities Plan and participate in community events targeting eligible families Track recruitment efforts and follow up with families to complete applications and interviews Enter data, determine eligibility, and manage waitlists Coordinate advertising timelines and process invoices for outreach partners Organize annual recruitment and elections for parent representatives Facilitate the election of council officers and fill vacant positions Prepare for monthly meetings: secure childcare, order meals, set up rooms, track attendance, and distribute participation incentives Collaborate with internal teams to manage budgets, process payments, and submit documentation Assist with meeting minutes, translation, and communication Act as a liaison between departments to coordinate service delivery Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures Perform other duties as assigned to support family engagement and program operations
Qualifications
Associates degree (preferably with coursework in writing, grammar, or communications) 23 years of administrative or project coordination experience Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Cultural sensitivity and a commitment to confidentiality
