Experience in client facing and working with multiple stakeholders/Business Teams (HR) teams. Hands on experience in Fast formula for Time and Labor. Good to have exposure for Canada and US legislation. Should be responsible for functional solutions and implement the solution framework. Good functional knowledge in Time and Labor, Payroll and Core HR. Certified as an Oracle Implementations. Documents and follows-up product improvement requests made by the client and the report of anomalies. Demonstrates experience and expertise in designing and executing tests and implementation and in internal communications and senior management as well as the ability to work autonomously.
