We are seeking a mid-level associate to join our Real Estate Finance Practice Group. This position is open to our Atl anta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami , and St. Louis offices. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, large law firm experience in real estate finance law, and superb writing and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of broad real estate finance experience. Candidates should have experience with loan origination work for large structured commercial real estate finance transactions, including mezzanine loans and preferred equity, as well as asset management and workout experience. Qualified candidates will also have the ability to run transactions on behalf of borrowers and lenders from inception through closing and post-closing, including secondary market repurchase facility work, and other exit strategies.

Because of this, we are particularly interested in those candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team orientation to help support and grow our national practice in real estate finance.

Compensation : Salary will range between $240,000 - $390,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
