Job Description Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies aimed at helping them reach their functional goals Implement Therapeutic Practices: Employ evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognition, and everyday living capabilities Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to ensure holistic patient care Educate Patients and Families: Train patients and their caregivers on therapy practices to facilitate ongoing recovery at home Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical developments and adjust treatment plans as required, ensuring steady patient advancement Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Continued education or post-graduate credentials are encouraged and supported Certifications
Current
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
license NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary Skills
