Lead Clinic/Practice Assistant
We are seeking a full time, 40-hour Lead Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our Saugus site. Our practice is open Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. The Lead is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of clinical practice, providing leadership to the clinic team, and enhancing patient care delivery. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills who can effectively manage administrative tasks while supervising support staff. Essential Functions: Supervise and mentor clinic support staff, including administrative and clinical assistants. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient appointments and manage patient flow. Implement and maintain clinic policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing education for existing staff. Manage patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and compliance with standards. Qualifications: Associate's Degree Healthcare Administration required Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration preferred Experience: Experience working in a healthcare setting 3-5 years required Experience in a leadership or supervisory role 2-3 years required Additional Job Details (if applicable): Remote Type:
