Clinic/Practice Assistant Lead, Family Medicine

Overview
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Lead Clinic/Practice assistant to support our Saugus site. Our practice is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor clinic support staff, including administrative and clinical assistants.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient appointments and manage patient flow.
Implement and maintain clinic policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing education for existing staff.
Manage patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and compliance with standards.
Qualifications
Education: Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration required; Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years in a healthcare setting required; 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role required.
