We are a growing MSP delivering reliable IT and cloud solutions to small and mid-sized businesses for over 20 years. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and committed to professional growth. Were looking for a Senior System Administrator with MSP experience to lead and execute technical projects while supporting client environments. While escalated support will occasionally come your way, your primary focus will be planning, implementing, and optimizing server, network, and cloud projects. What Youll Do Lead client technology projects, including server migrations, network upgrades, and cloud implementations Design, deploy, and optimize Windows Server, Microsoft 365/Azure, and virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V) Configure and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, user permissions, and network components Document project plans, technical designs, and post-implementation reports Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification Handle escalated support issues when necessary, providing expertise to stabilize client systems What Were Looking For At least 1 year of experience working for a MSP Hands-on project experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365/Azure, networking, and virtualization Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage projects end-to-end Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset Professional certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Azure) are a plus Salary: $100,000$110,000 based on experience Performance-based bonus Paid time off and holidays Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Training and certification reimbursement Mileage reimbursement for client site visits Seniority level
