Summary: Execute the system configuration, customization, maintenance, repair, and design of core systems. Partner with cross system teams to ensure scalable and repeatable technology solutions support business and stakeholder requirements. Your Impact
Communicate with customer and information technology colleagues in a timely manner to deliver technical solutions to business requirements. Utilize ITIL methodology and ticketing software to track and manage incidents, changes, problems, tasks, and demands. Ability to execute development, configuration, maintain, and test software based on designs set by senior level developers. Work in conjunction with business analysts and business stakeholders to execute business requirements. Ability to conduct customizations, implementation, upgrades, document management, and support of the business-critical systems. Develop clean code, documentation, and follow best practices to ensure the support, upgrades, and maintenance of business systems. Foundational understanding of API development, integration, and message protocols (Postman, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML and equivalents) to work across enterprise systems. Familiarity working in agile and scrum methodology environment to ensure SDLC timelines and stories are completed. Support departmental project work Ability to integrate data from various back-end web services and databases Navigate through incident management and support escalations and knowledge management use cases Learning best practices, methods of solution design and debugging. Other duties as assigned. Regular attendance is required. Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
