who's ready to jump into a dynamic 26-week adventure for our client in Palo Alto, CA

This isn't your typical nursing role - you won't be doing direct patient care, but you will be the go-to expert making sure patients get the right care, at the right time, in the right way. You'll coordinate care like a pro, educate and empower patients and families, and be an essential part of a team that thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and supporting people through complex healthcare journeys. What You'll Be Doing (Besides Being Awesome): Be the bridge between patients, providers, and the healthcare system. Educate and prepare patients and their caregivers for procedures and care plans. Use your critical thinking superpowers to assess, triage, and follow up. Coordinate care across specialties and settings - you're the continuity champion. Communicate clearly, advocate fiercely, and document like a boss. Team up with clinic and inpatient staff to develop tools, training, and workflows. Help patients navigate the wild world of healthcare with confidence and clarity. Contribute to performance improvement projects (and maybe even start one!). Embrace lifelong learning and help others grow, too. Oh - and yes, there's an on-call rotation (you've got this ). What You Bring to the Table: A
