Clinical Nurse (CVOR)
to join a talented surgical team for a
26-week contract

cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgeries

What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver hands-on, compassionate care using evidence-based practices.
Circulate and scrub in high-acuity CVOR cases (bonus points if you can scrub those complex ones).
Partner with patients and families to provide education, comfort, and clear communication.
Collaborate with top-tier surgeons and OR staff to create the best outcomes possible.
Jump into emergency situations when needed - calm, cool, and ready to lead.
Share your knowledge as a mentor, teacher, or super-user on the floor.
Use tech and tools to document and coordinate care with precision.
Be a key voice on the unit - contributing to safety, quality, and morale.
Must-Haves:
Active California RN License
Minimum 3 years of CVOR experience
BLS Certification
(American Heart Association)
Strong communication skills, sharp critical thinking, and a team-first attitude
Nice-to-Haves:
BSN preferred
Experience scrubbing
complex cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures
Preceptor or leadership experience in the OR

Pay Details:
