Drives all aspects of DT project activity, including collaborating and coordinating across DT and business segments. Defines project value proposition scope, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for DT projects under moderate complexity. Manages resources (capital and human) to complete projects on time and within budget. Keeps teams and leadership updated on project status, risk factors, and realized value. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Supports project team with both process guidance and adoption practices rooted in organizational psychology and change management. Your Impact: Organize, manage, and lead DT project teams (e.g. ERP, web, network, security, cloud, automation, database) ensuring delivery is aligned to business value goals. Support mentoring of project team and stakeholders on Project Management Office (PMO) processes and introduce the Value Realization Office (VRO) framework for linking delivery to outcomes. Create and communicate project status reports and value tracking updates to stakeholders, highlighting both progress and realized benefits. Manage the planning, estimating, budgeting, monitoring, and controlling of cost to enable projects are completed within the approved budget. Execute projects using the Global IT methodology and various DT project management tools and techniques, ensuring alignment to adoption and change management standards. Utilize the Change Management Team & DT tools (i.e. ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Suite) to identify impacted groups and support adoption strategies. Actively analyze stakeholder expectations and support strategies to influence engagement and adoption through change psychology and communication. Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (i.e. stand-ups, backlog refinement, agile retrospective, sprint reviews) with attention to team collaboration, decision making, and value delivery. Collaborate with other Project Managers to identify risks and opportunities, supporting the development and execution of response plans. Review and ensure projects are completed on time and in accordance with Global DT PMO methodology and VRO practices. Contribute to lessons learned sessions that capture both technical delivery insights and adoption/value realization findings. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree with three (3) or more years of experience in project management or in a related area. Knowledge of Agile, scrum, scheduling, PMBOK principles Strong skills in communication, active listening, critical thinking, time management, relationship building, organization, adaptability, motivation, and leadership. Interest or experience in change management, organizational psychology, or value realization frameworks. Pay Range: $91,800.00 - $153,200.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
