Position Description The function of this position is to support the Cyber and Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) section with responsibility for Cyber architecture, technology, evaluation, testing, and compliance across the US market. The role supports the delivery of products and services to Ground Combat Platforms. This is an engineering management position that broadly executes guidance from the platform Chief Engineer, Systems Engineering Manager, and functional management. What We Offer 9-80 Work Schedule (This position's standard work schedule is 9/80, allowing employees to work nine-hour days Monday through Thursday and take every other Friday off) Onsite cafeteria, fitness center, and outdoor fitness track Responsibilities to Anticipate/Expect Exercise authority and responsibility for Cyber tasks to help integrate cross-functional technical scope within schedule and other constraints. Help project team ensure a balanced, integrated, and compliant Cyber design across the vehicle system. Manage/support the identification, development, and implementation of platform cyber-physical design best practices, tools, and education across the engineering enterprise, fostering a cybersecurity culture within the organization. Develop and manage system requirements and interface allocations, including Performance, Space, Weight, Power-Cooling, Reliability, and Maintenance (SWaP-CRaM), and ensure compliance documentation. Manage and coordinate requirements, architectures, system designs, changes, and trade-offs. Conduct trade studies and structured decisions for system and subsystem designs, balancing space, weight, power, cost, reliability, and performance. Oversee development and execution of verification plans, including testing, production, and field verification. Lead troubleshooting, Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), and problem resolution for production and development projects. Review and develop checkpoint and milestone artifacts, ensuring technical accuracy and contractual compliance. Coordinate with platform Design Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) on interface development, threat analysis, and requirements decomposition. Evaluate new Cyber and C5ISR technologies for potential application. Manage and participate in peer reviews. Position Requirements Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field; relevant cyber technical certificates and management credentials are considered. Minimum of 7 years' experience. Experience leading engineering and military projects. Experience with embedded system engineering in Cyber space. Experience with Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA). Experience with Cross-Domain Solution sets. Experience with Cyber Tabletop Exercise (CTTX) drills. Compliance with federal regulations and standards, including NIST SP 800-37 and NIST SP 800-53. Experience in developing and managing system-level cyber requirements. Experience in military vehicle development and integration. Ability to interpret and flow down customer requirements. Familiarity with electrical line replaceable units and troubleshooting electronic hardware. Experience with cyber warfare, offensive and defensive strategies. Experience with embedded systems, automotive, and military technology. Knowledge of software and computer science principles. Familiarity with cyber physical system security requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%. Additional Information This position requires a US security clearance. Candidate must be able to work around military vehicles and pass the Anthropometric Size Requirement for confined spaces (ASR test). US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT:
