Kraft Heinz Essential Functions & Responsibilities Engage and help manage mid to executive-level clients and supplier relationships on an ongoing basis to ensure customer satisfaction. Support Sourcing and Category Management for a wide portfolio of complex and/or critical categories to Kraft Heinz. Establish and deliver performance goals for a portfolio of categories representing significant spend. Lead various sourcing projects for supplier selection/optimization to implement Category Management vision and strategies. Manage Supplier Relationships and conduct Supplier Business Reviews act as a high-level critical issue point for performance and risk issues. Experience with large food equipment manufacturers and industry leaders is a plus. Segment suppliers at the category level as part of Supplier Management. Research and support the development of the supplier base for specific categories. Lead discussions with suppliers on long-term objectives, market trends, innovation, technology, and investment decisions. Support major supplier issues and work with partners to resolve them. Identify business needs related to Assurance of Supply, Quality, Service, Cost, and Innovation (AQSCI). Develop and grow multi-year category vision and strategy based on data and business needs. Build strong relationships to influence total category spend. Evaluate potential value projects considering complexity, resources, risk, and financial impact. Manage a portfolio of projects for the category in the short and long term. Lead supplier selection and RFx processes for projects. Complete complex contracts following policies and apply competency across categories. Maintain understanding of category dynamics and communicate changes to stakeholders. Support Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and value delivery reporting. Promote continuous process improvement and cost reduction. Ensure effective application of strategic sourcing processes. Collaborate with global procurement peers for support and alignment.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, business, or related field; relevant experience and certifications may substitute. 3+ years in Indirect Procurement or related industry experience. Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to organize and communicate complex information clearly. Team-oriented, results-driven, proactive, and independent. Excellent analytical, planning, and execution skills with attention to detail. Strategic thinker with the ability to see impacts and future implications. Experience with sourcing lifecycle and tools like SAP, Ariba. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment & Benefits

This role is based in Chicago/Aon Center with moderate travel. Flexible work arrangements are available. Compensation includes a salary range of $88,000 - $110,000, performance bonuses, and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, wellbeing programs, and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
