Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $30-$40 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities for Operations Coordinator jobs include but are not limited to:
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and general ledge entries
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Partner with hiring managers to support job posting, candidate screening and scheduling, offer letters, and Onboarding
Order Processing & Logistics
Maintain accurate records of transactions and shipments.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Operations Coordinator jobs:
Associate Degree in Business Administration or related Field.
3+ years of experience supporting cross-functionally, preferably in manufacturing or engineering environment.
Knowledge of HR and Finance practices and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/Payroll systems.
Experienced with Quick Books, Meeting deadlines and reliable.

Pay Details:
$30.00 to $40.00 per hour
